This is Academic Medicine

The power and promise of academic medicine are truly endless, creating a dynamic environment of collaboration, innovation and education. At The University of Kansas Hospital, we put that potential to work every day, delivering lifesaving, world-class patient care.

As demand for the highest level of care increases, we find our hospital is frequently at full capacity. To serve more patients needing such specialized care, we are expanding.

Cambridge North Tower will further our abilities to offer more options, more hope to patients throughout our region. As an independent hospital authority, we receive no state or local funding. To expand, we’re relying on our strong fiscal performance and the support of
our generous donors.

Annette Bloch, president of R.A. Bloch Cancer Foundation, recently announced The Annette Bloch $10 Million Challenge, promising a dollar-for-dollar match on all gifts made to Cambridge North Tower through June 2016. While all gifts to the expansion will be matched, her funds will support cancer programs at Cambridge North Tower. Learn more.
