Celebrating extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care

Megan Wells, RN

"I am a clinical instructor and Megan had my students every week. Although she is a new RN, her bedside manner is one to be admired. Her care and compassion is beautiful to witness. She was also amazing with my students. She was exactly the role model I would hope for. She was so kind, friendly and encouraging — not to mention an excellent teacher. Each of my students reference Megan when talking about their clinical experience. I think the should be reconized for her commitemtn to students and her patients."

Jordan Bain, RN

"She made me feel very welcomed and important. She wanted to make sure that there was nothing she could do to make us more comfortable... and helped reduce the post-surgery and wound vac anxiety. She went above and beyond our expectations. She is very personable and passionate. I would love to have her as a nurse again."

Idalina Lene, RN

"When I came in as a patient from the emergency room with chest pain, Idalina became my nurse on Thursday and Friday. She had other patients to attend to but always saw to me asking if I needed anything. She always explained all the meds and things that happened to me with the different tests I received. She was kind and considerate of how I was feeling and never once made me feel it was just a job to her."
