Tea

Look for teas that are darker in color, such as oolong, English breakfast and Irish breakfast varieties.

Coffee

The robusta type of coffee bean, more so than the common Arabica bean, contain the most beneficial tannins.

Wine

Red wine has the most tannins, particularly red Bordeaux, Nebbiolo and Malbec.
