Reduce Outdoor Dangers

If hiking in the woods, wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts and ankle boots to protect you from spider bites, insect bites and plants that cause skin irritation.

Do not eat wild berries, mushrooms, wild onions or vegetation growing in the country without specifically knowing what it is. Many variations are poisonous.
