Rock-A-Baby Program

Volunteers needed for the new Rock-A-Baby program at The University of Kansas Health System

There's nothing like the feeling of cuddling a newborn baby to make all of your troubles melt away. The benefits go both ways, as babies who are born too soon benefit from snuggling and rocking. We're seeking volunteers for the Rock-A-Baby program in our neonatal intensive care unit. To participate, you will need to fill out a volunteer application and submit a personal reference form. All volunteers chosen will have to complete an 8-hour training program, and are requested to volunteer at least 4 hours a week.
