Personal Statement

Dr. Connelly graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at David Grant USAF Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the University of California-San Francisco.

Dr. Connelly is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery and is currently an Assistant Professor with the University of Kansas Health System.
