About Me

I specialize in minimally invasive image-guided procedures. My clinical experience includes all aspects of basic and advanced interventional radiology procedures.

Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to innovation and advancement of the field of interventional radiology. Moreover, I’m committed to compassionate and expert care for my patients.

I’ve authored or co-authored more than 75 scientific articles, abstracts, scientific posters and book chapters. In addition, I’ve presented numerous oral scientific presentations and have been an invited lecturer in regional and national conferences. I serve as a manuscript reviewer for the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology and the American Journal of Radiology and a board examiner for the American Board of Radiology.

In addition, I’m a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Society of Neuroradiology, Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments, Radiology Leadership Institute and the American Roentgen Ray Society. I’m also a member and former president of the Mid-America Interventional Radiology Society and the Greater Kansas City Radiological Society.

During my free time, I enjoy sports, traveling and spending time with my family.
