Benefits and risks of spine rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is an important part of recovery after any injury or trauma to the spinal cord, but can also help relieve discomfort due to pinched nerves, sciatica, arthritis and other common health conditions. Physical therapy from a spine center can greatly improve the quality of life for those living with chronic back pain.

What happens during spine rehabilitation?

Care begins with 1 of our spineologists listening to you and evaluating your condition. After a consultation with other experienced members of our care team, we will recommend the specialists to deliver your personalized care regimen.

The majority of spine and joint pain cases do not require surgery and respond well to the noninvasive methods used by our team. We will address your discomfort and particular symptoms with the goals of:

  • Providing a diagnosis
  • Recommending the right treatment options
  • Managing pain
  • Improving function
