2022 Nursing Annual Report: Nursing Thrives as the COVID-19 Pandemic Continues

While the COVID-19 pandemic continued, we witnessed nurses and other healthcare workers across the country leaving their careers, creating a national challenge. As we worked together to recruit new team members, retain our outstanding team and support each other through this unprecedented time, our nurses remained focused on providing remarkable care to every patient at The University of Kansas Health System. Their loyalty, compassion and resiliency proved once again that we truly have the best nursing team, anywhere.
