Fair Use Guidelines

Fair Use allows the limited use of copyrighted material without first acquiring permission from the copyright owner.

Although permission is not required, it is preferred because the interpretation of fair use content can be debated by entities and lead to copyright litigation. If permission is obtained, this alleviates/eliminates concern related to possible copyright infringement.

Reference the source, and include the Fair Use Notice below. Providing credit to the owner/author of the work(s) that have been sampled is helpful.
