Spicy Fish Fillets

Serves 4

1½ lbs. halibut fish fillets
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. kosher salt

Combine lime juice, peppers, garlic powder and salt. Dip each fillet into the sauce, coating on both sides. Grill about 4-7 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
