1 lb. fat-free ground turkey breast
½ cup carrot, shredded
½ cup zucchini, grated
1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
1 tsp. soy sauce (salt-free alternative: 1 tsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos)
½ tsp. liquid smoke
¼ tsp. white pepper

Combine ingredients until they are mixed together well. Divide mixture into 6 equal parts. Roll into balls and press into patties. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until browned and the juices run clear.
