The service desk is the health system's first point of contact for employees. The service desk handles all technology-related requests or issues.

Use one of these self-service options:

  1. Call us: 913-945-9999, then select option 1.
  2. Submit a ticket using MyIT.
  3. Check your MyIT ticket status.

Below are the operating systems and browsers that are supported for personal device use.

Operating Systems

Always consult with the HITS department before upgrading to any newer operating system.

  • Windows 7 (Support ends Jan. 1, 2020)
  • Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 1607 or highter
  • Mac OSX Yosemite or higher

Browsers

  • Internet Explorer v11 or higher (Windows)
  • Safari v11 or higher (macOS)
  • Google Chrome v64.0 or higher (macOS or Windows)

Citrix Receivers

  • Windows Citrix Receiver 4.9.3000.11
  • Mac Citrix Receiver 12.9.1
  • Mac Citrix Workspace 1809

Mobile Devices

Always consult with the HITS department before upgrading to any newer operating system.

  • Apple devices - iOS v11 or higher
