We provide physical therapy specialty care to help patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and limit physical dysfunction so they can return to life in the way they want to live it.
Patient and visitor information
From I-35 S., take Exit 218 toward Santa Fe.
Turn left onto the ramp to MidAmerica Nazarene University.
Turn left onto W. 135th Street/E. Santa Fe Street.
Turn right after passing Wells Fargo Bank.
Turn left and continue straight for 197 feet.
Turn left again and the destination will be on the right.
Free parking is located directly in front of the building. Upon entering the building, sign in at the registration desk.
