Kansas City, Kan. — The University of Kansas Health System's occupational health, physical therapy and urgent care currently located within State Avenue Health Care, as well as the existing occupational health and urgent care location in the Delp Pavilion, are moving to the Medical Pavilion at the health system’s main campus in Kansas City, Kansas.
Affected services will transition from State Avenue Health Care at 4810 State Ave., Kansas City, Kansas, and Delp Pavilion at 4000 Cambridge St., Level G, Suite G110, to the Medical Pavilion at 2000 Olathe Blvd., Level 1, Suite D, beginning January 11, 2021.
The teams of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and support staff are committed to providing excellent patient care, especially during this transition. Patients will receive a letter by mail that includes facility features, a map and driving instructions to the new location. All currently scheduled appointment dates and times will not change.
