We offer a range of family medicine services for all ages as well as urgent care for when you need us.
Our urgent care team offers walk-in appointments and extended evening and weekend hours for conditions that require immediate medical attention but are not life-threatening. We also have an on-site laboratory and X-ray services.

From I-35 S., take Exit 218 toward Santa Fe Street.
Take a slight left onto the ramp to MidAmerica Nazarene University.
Turn left onto W. 135th Street/Santa Fe Street.
Turn right after Wells Fargo Bank, which is on your right.
Turn left onto W. 159th Street.
Turn right onto S. Wyandotte Drive.
Turn right onto W. 159th Terrace.
Destination is on your right.
Free parking is available on the east side, west side and in front of the building. Enter through the front glass doors on the south side of the building.
