We offer a range of family medicine services for young and old alike as well as urgent care for when you need us.
Our family medicine providers help with the prevention, management and treatment of common and complex medical conditions for people of any gender and age, from infants to older adults.
Our urgent care providers are here to make you feel better when you have a nonemergent injury or illness, like minor burns, lacerations, sprains or strains. We offer walk-in appointments and extended evening and weekend hours for conditions that require immediate medical attention but are not life-threatening. We also have an on-site laboratory and X-ray services.
Patient and visitor information
From I-35 S., take exit 218 toward Santa Fe Street.
Make a slight left onto the ramp to MidAmerica Nazarene University.
Turn left onto W. 135th Street/Santa Fe Street.
Turn left onto S. Blackfoot Drive.
Turn right onto W. 134th Place.
Make an immediate right, and your destination will be on your left.
Free parking is located directly in front of the building. Enter through the sliding glass doors for Family Medicine on the south side of the building.
