Golden Belt Home Health and Hospice is operated as a joint venture between The University of Kansas Health System and the Aquinas Group. They provide home health and inpatient and outpatient hospice services to people needing end-of-life care.
Occupational therapy services are also available to help you complete your daily routines, especially those related to self-care. These tasks may include taking care of family, dressing, bathing, eating and toileting so you can maintain your independence.

When traveling from Highway K-96, turn east onto Broadway Avenue. Turn south on Polk Street. Your destination is on the southeast side of the intersection of Polk Street. and Forest Avenue.
When traveling from 10th Street, turn north on McKinley Street. Then turn east at Broadway Avenue. Turn south on Polk Street. Your destination is on the southeast side of the intersection of Polk Street and Forest Avenue.
When traveling from Highway 281, turn west on Broadway Avenue. Turn south on Polk Street. Your destination is on the southeast side of the intersection of Polk Street and Forest Avenue.
