Free parking is available in the 601-699 SW Mulvane St. Garage at the corner of SW Mulvane Street and SW 7th Street. Mulvane Medical Plaza is directly across the street. Enter under the Entry C awning and proceed through the sliding glass doors. Inside the building, turn right and follow signage for Mulvane Medical Offices. Enter the Mulvane Medical Plaza and take the elevator to Level 4 where Suite 409 is to the right.
