Mango Lassi (Dairy-Free)


1/2 cup milk (unsweetened almond or coconut)

Heaping 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

2 Tbsp. cashews

1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup, coconut nectar, agave or 5 drops liquid stevia

1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cardamom and turmeric


Place ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency
