Ingredients
1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 cup raspberries
2 Tbsp. rolled oats
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Zest from 1 small lemon
Pinch of white Stevia powder or Stevia drops
Toppings: raspberries and lemon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a glass container, shake and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, pour ingredients into blender and process until smooth.
