Smores Pie



8 slices whole-grain white bread, thinly sliced
1 cup miniature marshmallows, any flavor
4 Tbsp. Hershey's Dark Chocolate Morsels*
4 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
Nonstick cooking spray
4 campfire pie irons


Lay out four slices of the bread on a clean work surface. Divide the chocolate morsels evenly on each slice. Keep a 1/4-inch border of the bread free of filling. Divide the marshmallows evenly on each slice. Again, keep a 1/4 inch border of the bread free of filling. Sprinkle each pie with 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs and top with another slice of bread. Spray the irons with nonstick cooking spray. Gently place the "sandwiches" on top of one side of the iron. Close the iron, making sure the bread hangs over the edges of the iron. This will ensure a proper seal on the pie.

Hold the iron over the campfire, turning to brown both sides of the pie. Carefully check to see whether the pie has browned. Gently open the iron to remove the pie, letting it cool – the filling will be extremely hot. Cut the pie in half and serve.
