Spring Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup plant-based milk of your choice (almond, coconut, hemp or cashew)

1 cup packed baby spinach

1 pear, cored

1 frozen banana

Optional additions: 1 tsp. matcha green tea powder, 1/2 - 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
