Summer Salad

Ingredients

4 cups mixed greens (including arugula)

1 medium sweet onion, sliced

2 tomatoes, chopped

2 peaches, chopped

1/2 cup walnuts or pecans

1 avocado, cut into chunks

Small bunch of basil leaves, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh lemon or lime juice

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Prepare vegetables and greens. Toss in a large bowl with walnuts, avocado, basil, salt, pepper, lemon or lime juice and extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
