Forbes created the list based on a comprehensive study of more than 160,000 employees in the United States. Participants were asked about their job experiences and how likely they were to recommend their workplace to others. Employers do not pay a fee to be named on Forbes’ list.
To qualify for recognition, employers must show profound dedication to employee satisfaction, development, well-being, engagement and career advancement.
