Our primary care practice in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, is dedicated to taking care of you and your family. From infants to seniors, our staff is on hand to help take care of you. They include family practice physicians and nurse practitioners. The location also has an Urgent Care.

From I-35 take Exit 2 U for I-670 toward Broadway Boulevard.
Continue onto Truman Road, traveling east.
Use the middle lane to stay on Truman Road.
Turn left (north) onto Grand Boulevard.
Your destination is on the right.
Parking validation is available only at KC Live parking garage and Cosentino’s Market parking garage. Once inside the main entrance to T-Mobile Center, enter through the First Aid door sign on Level 1 next to the College Basketball Experience.
