Helpful Information

Use these instructions to setup your health system email signature and voicemail.

Outlook Mail signature setup instructions

  1. Select and copy the appropriate signature block below.
  2. With Outlook running on your computer, choose the File tab on the top left of the page.
  3. On the left-hand side of the page, choose Options.
  4. This will bring up a new window with a set of Outlook options – choose Mail.
  5. Under the Mail settings, there will be options for Compose messages, including "Create or modify signatures for messages." Click on the Signatures button on the right-hand side.
  6. In this new window, you can edit an existing signature or create a new one.
  7. Click New to create a new signature, with a new name.
  8. Click on the Edit signature area and use the paste command (Ctrl+V) or right-click the mouse and choose the Paste option to Keep Source Formatting.
  9. The generic signature block will be copied and you can edit with your personal information.
  10. Before exiting, choose default signature for new messages, choosing your new signature.
  11. Hit OK (twice) to exit.
  12. Send a test email to ensure your updated signature is appearing in new emails.
