Turn left (west) onto 107th Street.
Turn left and turn left again.
Turn right and travel 400 feet.
Turn left and the destination will be on the right.
Free parking is available directly in front of the entrance. Enter at the Indian Creek Medical Pavilion at 10730 Nall Avenue. Upon entering the building, the suite is directly to the right through the glass doors. Check in at the registration desk.
