We provide a wide range of family medicine services for every age group, from infants to seniors and every age in between. Our family medicine team includes physicians, pharmacists, psychologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, nutritionists, social workers and support staff who are dedicated to your family’s health. We also provide outpatient lab services, including blood draws and specimen collection.
Patient and visitor information
From I-35 S., take Exit 220 for 119th Street.
Keep left and merge onto W. 119th Street.
Turn right onto S. Strang Line Road and travel 1.1 miles.
Continue onto N. Mur-Len Road.
Turn right.
Turn left.
Destination will be on the right.
Free parking is available on the north/south and west sides of the building. If you park in the north parking lot, enter through the north doors on the north side of the building. If you park in the south parking lot, enter through the glass doors and take the elevator to Level 2.
