Who needs outpatient rehabilitation?

Our outpatient rehabilitation program offers short-term and long-term services. Some patients who participate in outpatient rehabilitation have completed inpatient rehab and have left the hospital after an illness or injury. Others are home, but want to improve their mobility, ease pain or avoid surgery.
