- 1 large, ripe banana, peeled and chopped
- 1 Fuji apple, peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup nonfat soy or skim milk
- ½ Tbsp. sugar
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend for about 1 minute, until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
