Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 - 1 whole minced shallot
1 - 2 garlic cloves
1 pint fresh blackberries, plus extra for garnish
1/4 cup wine vinegar (any kind)
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. raw honey, pure maple syrup or 4 drops Stevia
1 Tbsp. dried mint, tarragon or other favorite herb or 2 Tbsp. fresh
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Measure and add ingredients to a blender or Magic Bullet-like food processor
- Blend and serve over your favorite salad ingredients
