Caramel Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup non-dairy milk

1 apple, chopped and frozen

2 Tbsp. sunflower seed butter

2 cups spinach

2 Medjool dates, pitted

1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

pinch salt

2 ice cubes

Directions

1. Place ingredients in your blender in the order listed and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
