Rich in antioxidants – and flavor – our chia seed chocolate pudding will satisfy any sweet tooth while providing a variety of health benefits.


  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk*
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chia seeds, any color

*Any milk can be substituted for soy, but nutritional information will vary.
