Chocolate Avocado-Almond Pudding


1/2 to 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened, to desired consistency

2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

1 medium avocado, sliced into chunks

2-4 Tbsp. natural sweetener (agave, pure maple syrup, honey) or 10-15 drops Stevia

1/4 cup almond butter

1 Tbsp. coconut oil

1 tsp. vanilla

Pinch sea salt


  1. In the order listed, place all items in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until the desired consistency and flavor. Ingredients can be adapted to your liking.
  2. Serve in the hollowed avocado rinds.
