Ingredients
1/4 cup of ground flax
1 tsp. of baking powder
2 tsp. of cinnamon
1 tsp. of coconut oil
1 egg
1 packet of Stevia or 4-6 drops of liquid Stevia
Optional: blackberries or blueberries
Directions
Place the ingredients into a mug and put it in the microwave for 50 seconds. Allow to cool and then enjoy!
