Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin seeds (hull on or off)
2 tsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder or paprika
1 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
Place seeds in a large pan with a heavy bottom over medium heat. Stir often for about 5 minutes, until the seeds begin to crackle. Remove seeds from heat and stir in olive oil and seasonings. Cool and serve.
