Kansas City, Kan. — On April 2, 2021, The University of Kansas Health System will discontinue services at State Avenue Health Care, and the location will close. This care team’s participation as a Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) will end.
Healthcare services may continue with Maiko Ebersole-Robinson, MD, and nurse practitioner Marcia Norwich, APRN, through Vibrant Health. Vibrant Health serves the people of Wyandotte County by offering medical, dental and behavioral healthcare for all ages. Most insurance is accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare.

All currently scheduled appointment dates and times will not change. These visits will transition to Vibrant Health and the new care location – approximately 10 minutes from State Avenue Health Care. To discuss continuing your care at Vibrant Health, call them directly at 913-342-2552.
For those who wish to continue care at a health system location, Dr. Ebersole and Marcia offer care at 1403 Grand Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64106, directly inside T-Mobile Center.
