Kansas City, Kan. — Self-scheduling is available for select specialty areas through the MyChart patient portal. Many services are already available for self-scheduling.
New and current patients can now self-schedule spine care appointments at the Marc A. Asher, MD, Comprehensive Spine Center. Current patients can also self-schedule follow-up care for the following specialties:
- Hepatobiliary (HPB)
- Kidney/pancreas transplant (KPTX)
- Liver transplant
- Neonatal Medical Home
- Neurology
- Pediatric cardiology
- Pediatric feeding team
- Pediatric Healthy Hawks
Current patients may request an appointment for the following specialties:
- Cardiothoracic surgery (CTS)
- Child health and development
- Heart transplant
- Lactation
- Pediatric behavioral health
- Pediatric cystic fibrosis
Office staff will review your request and contact you to confirm and provide appointment details.
To access online scheduling, current patients can log in to their MyChart account. On the desktop version, hover over Visits and choose Schedule an Appointment. On the mobile version, tap Appointments and then Schedule an Appointment.
New patients seeking to self-schedule appointments may go to MyChart and choose Sign Up Online under New User. Follow the prompts to create an account, and then follow the same instructions to schedule a primary care visit.
