Peanut Butter Cup Preworkout Smoothie

6 oz. soft tofu
2 Tbsps. peanut butter, natural style
2 Tbsps. cocoa powder
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper powder
1 medium banana, frozen (or 1 medium banana plus 1/2 cup ice cubes)
1 Tbsp. real maple syrup

Place all ingredients except peanut butter, maple syrup and ice (if using) in blender. Blend on medium to mix all ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.


Yield: 1 14-oz. smoothie or 2 7-oz. smoothies
