Pumpkin Spice Bars

Pumpkin spice bars½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup almond butter
¼-⅓ cup honey
2 eggs
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice*
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. baking soda


Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease an 8"x8" pan generously with coconut oil or butter.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well until a smooth batter forms. Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is firm.

Allow pumpkin spice bars to cool completely in the pan, then cut and serve.


*You can find pumpkin pie spice in grocery stores or online. Alternatively, you can make your own.

½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves
