Note: Drink half just after your workout and half 30 minutes later.
- 1 cup strawberries, cleaned and sliced (may use frozen)
- 1 cup blueberries (may use frozen)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup almond milk
- ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Yield: 1 32-oz. smoothie
