When you have an appointment with your otolaryngologist (ENT physician), please bring copies of any previous:
- Balance tests
- CT or MRI scans (films and radiologist report)
- Hearing tests
- Radiographic studies
You can request copies of these from your doctors.
When you schedule your appointment, we may ask you to complete a Tinnitus Handicap Questionnaire.
