We provide a range of services including cardiac rehabilitation, family medicine, laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, specialty clinics, and a walk-in clinic.
Our Convenient Care Walk-in Clinic is not for emergency situations. We can treat conditions that require immediate attention when you aren’t able to get in to see your regular healthcare provider.
The St. Rose Medical Pavilion laboratory offers comprehensive services and provides accurate and timely test results.
For your convenience, cardiologists rotate through St. Rose Medical Pavilion, allowing you to receive cardiology care without traveling out of the area.

When traveling from Highway K-96, turn east onto Broadway Avenue. St. Rose Medical Pavilion is on the south side of Broadway Avenue.
When traveling from 10th Street, turn north on McKinley Street. Then turn east at Broadway Avenue. St. Rose Medical Pavilion is on the south side of Broadway Avenue.
When traveling from Highway 281, turn west onto Broadway Avenue. St. Rose Medical Pavilion is on the south side of Broadway Avenue.
