Prepare for Your Office Visit Appointment
If you have scheduled an appointment with a healthcare provider at one of our health system locations, you can easily access the information that will help you prepare for that visit in advance. Our team has assembled several patient visitor guides that you can download ahead of time. You will also be able to see them on your mobile device through MyChart, the health system’s patient portal.
Learn what to expect before and after your visit in each of these guides. We provide a guide for locations at our main campus in Kansas City, Kansas, and our Great Bend Campus in Great Bend, Kansas. We also provide a guide specialized for new patients of our primary care locations – including urgent care – on the main campus in Kansas City.
