Patient Relations

Our patient relations teams in the Kansas City metro area and Great Bend are available to assist you in all matters related to your satisfaction.

Our patient relations team is available to assist with the following matters:

  • Filing a complaint about an unresolved care, safety or service issue
  • Contacting state licensing or other accrediting organizations
