Apple Banana Smoothie

Apple banana smoothieIngredients

1 large, ripe banana, peeled and chopped
1 Fuji apple, peeled and chopped
¾ cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup nonfat soy or skim milk
½ Tbsp. sugar


Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend for about 1 minute, until smooth. Serve immediately.
