Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients Chia seed chocolate pudding

1 cup unsweetened soy milk*
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. honey
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ cup chia seeds, any color

*Any milk can be substituted for soy, but nutritional information will vary.


Blend or whisk together soy milk, cocoa powder, honey and ground cinnamon until well combined. Add chia seeds and stir until just incorporated. Divide mixture into four small serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
