Parmesan-Artichoke Spread

Parmesan artichoke spreadIngredients

1 8 oz. package low-fat cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup light or fat-free sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
¼ cup sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped pepperoncini peppers
1 Tbsp. minced, fresh parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
Garlic powder to taste


Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with low-fat, baked pita or baked tortilla chips.
