E-visit
Busy schedules often make it hard to see the doctor for a minor illness. If you are an established adult patient of KU MedWest Primary Care or another of our primary care locations, you can visit a nurse practitioner from your smartphone or computer.
Simply place your request in MyChart and complete a brief survey about your symptoms.
- If you submit your request before 1 p.m. on a weekday, you will receive a response by 5 p.m. that day.
- If you submit your request after 1 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday, you will receive a response by noon on the next business day.
- It will include a diagnosis and a care plan – even a prescription, if needed.
